I didn't get an eye exam until yesterday afternoon. It was an unpleasant couple days. But, I got new contacts and, for the first time in nearly 20 years, a new pair of glasses. Some I can actually stand to wear.

I lost a contact last night. Well, I figured, it was time to change them anyway, so I ripped the other one out and threw it away. (Disposables)

I get up this morning and go to put a new pair in... I only have one left. My glasses are not an option. They're very heavy, old (I haven't bought glasses for 20 years), and ugly (20 years ago was the 80's, remember?). So, I'm spending the day with one contact in. It's driving me crazy, but not quite as crazy as my glasses would.

With any luck, I can get an appointment to get some new contacts tomorrow.
