Ephemera

The first item comes from what I consider to be the internet's least credible news source:

Yeah, right man's best friend. They act all friendly and attentive, but they're just waiting for you to turn your back. Now a cat would never do that. They're too damn lazy. I admire that. ;)

Next we have what I consider to be a rather misguided protest:

Kangaroo liberation

She (at least I think it's a she) probably doesn't realize that she probably did more harm than good to her cause. Before seeing this picture, and I never would have seen it if there wasn't a naked (person) in it, I had no idea that anyone made kangaroo hide sneakers. Now I really want some. Adidas couldn't buy that kind of advertising.

And finally, this is the kind of education reform we need:

Angry Moroccan teacher throws pupils out of window

I'm sure this teacher's students will be paying attention now. Abject fear can be remarkably focusing. I also think learning certain skills, not necessarily listed in the syllabus, is an important part of the educational process. Learning how not to piss someone off so much they throw you out of a window is a valuable life lesson.
